Makes one Brownie 9″x 9″ tray of Nutmeg bounties. Cut them into any size you like. I cut mine into a 6cm x 3.5cm bar. Which I found was a good size treat.
2.5 cups of shredded coconut – finely ground into a flour
2.5 cups of soaked cashews – soaked for atleast 4 hours
3/4 cup of coconut cream
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsn Vanilla
1 tsn ground Nutmeg
Blend in your food processor till fine a fine mixture forms.
Line your tin with cling film and spread mixture evenly and pop in the freezer to set for about 2 hours.
Once frozen remove from tin and cut into desired portions.
40g Raw Cacao
1/2 cup coconut oil – melted
1/4 cup Cacao butter – melted
1/4 cup Maple
1 tsn Vanilla extract
Dip portions into dipping chocolate and lay on a flat baking tray lined with parchment paper and chill in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Now they should be ready to eat! Enjoy xx
