Caramel Cashew Creme

dsc_0264This is an amazing creamy, smooth addition to so many things! I’ve put it on Waffles, Banoffee Pie, Brownies, Apple Pie, Banana cream sundaes, Morning Granola, Smoothie Bowls. Its so versatile, basic and easy to make. Enjoy!

1/2 cup Cashews (soaked)

1 banana

1/3 Coconut milk

1tbs Lemon Juice

Blend in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy, then add

3 tbs Mesquite

Blend some more until it looks a caramel cream colour.

Thats it! Keep it in a jar in the fridge and consume within a week.
